PALTech liner system is sprayed applied, so it is fast to apply and mixed at a 1:1 ratio. This application style allows for virtually any mil thickness to be applied in one or multiple passes without appreciable sags or runs. Additional characteristics such as slip resistant additives and surface textures can also be incorporated. UV stable colors can also be achieved and are available.

PALTech coatings can be formulated to achieve a tremendous range of properties­­­ ~ from high elongation to superior tensile strength from shore D to shore A hardness, all based on how the material is formulated and correctly applied.

When the liquids are thoroughly mixed, they result in an immediate chemical reaction that becomes viscous and ultimately solid. This reaction is very fast and typically sets up dry to the touch within seconds and ready to ship. Final physical properties usually takes up to 24 to 48 hours, however, longer and shorter cure time durations are quite possible depending on specific formulation and characteristics of mix.
